Pull belt anchor - 1 - outward from T-pin on seat - 3 -.
Locking
To install, perform the steps used in removal in reverse order. Observe the following when doing so:

After installing, make sure the tab in the securing spring - 2 - in latched in completely on the T-bolt - 3 - on the seat frame.
CAUTION!
Tug on seat belt to ensure that seat belt is securely locked to seat.
