Vehicles with pyrotechnic belt tensioners

CAUTION!
Before handling belt tensioner units (e.g. disconnecting electrical connector), the person handling it must "discharge static electricity ".
This can be done by touching door striker, for example.

Unlock connector lock with a small screwdriver - 2 -.

Remove connector - 1 - from belt tensioner -  3 -.

Procedure for all vehicles

Remove belt relay from belt height adjuster.

-

Remove belt roller/belt tensioner screw.
