Disconnect drive axle from rear final drive. Use 12 mm Bits T10099 or 14 mm Bits T10099/1 to loosen bolts - 3 -.

Disconnect connector - 2 -.

-

Hook in tensioner hooks VW 552 - arrow A - in upper opening of wheel housing and in upper control arm - arrow B -.

-

Lightly tension upper control arm with Tensioner Hooks VW 552

-

Remove bolts - 1 -to- 3-.

-

Turn wheel hub far enough until one of the holes for wheel bolts is on top.

-

Install wheel hub support T10149 with wheel bolt on wheel hub.

-

Support wheel bearing housing over Wheel Hub Support T10149 with Engine/transmission jack V.A.G 1383 A.

CAUTION!
^

Do not lift or lower vehicle with engine/transmission jack below vehicle.

^

Do not leave engine/transmission jack V.A.G 1383 A below vehicle any longer than necessary.
