Display on (VAS 5051B):

Check indication in display fields - 3 - and - 4 -.

After display "Activate Kick Down" appears, depress gas pedal all the way down beyond kick-down point and hold it there.
‹› "ERROR" could be displayed e.g. if the accelerator pedal is not immediately depressed after prompting the (VAS 5051B) or if the accelerator
pedal is released during adaptation, even though adaptation had not been completed. Exit function "006 - Basic setting " by pressing <- button and
perform adaptation again.

End function "006 - Basic Setting" by pressing <- button.

Select diagnostic function "022 - End Output" in selection.

Turn ignition off and disconnect Data Link Connector (DLC).
