Removing

Remove front heating & A/C unit => [ Front HVAC Unit ] See: Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/Front HVAC Unit

Remove bolts - A - and - B -.

Disengage cover - D - from mounts - C - and from wiring harness secured to upper side.

Remove bolt - A -.
-
Disengage cover - B - from mounts - C - and from wiring harness secured to upper side.
-
Pull off retaining clips - A - from coolant lines - B - and - C -.
