Left Heater Core Covers - Front Heating and A/C Unit Installed

Removing

-

Remove lower left instrument panel trim.

-

Remove accelerator pedal module.

-

Release relay carrier (with control modules) which is installed in left area next to heating A/C unit and set it aside.

-

Remove bolts - A - and - B -.

NOTE:  If bolt - B - is not accessible due to unfavorable tolerances, carefully separate section - E - from cover, then press cover - D - carefully
toward left from floor carpet to remove the bolt.

-

Disengage cover - D - from the mounting points - C -, the catch at pass-through for coolant pipes and from the wiring harness secured to the upper
side.

Installing

-

Install the removed components again in reverse order.
