Vent hand vacuum pump.

‹› The linkage must move out of the vacuum diaphragm - arrow -.

If the linkage does not move, check the linkage to make sure it is not stuck and check the vacuum diaphragm for leaks.

Assembly is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

Install the engine compartment trim.

Install the rear wheel housing liner.
