Vehicle Information

Condition

This RVU has been proactively released to ensure improvements introduced in production are also implemented on customers  vehicles.

This Required Vehicle Update (RVU) is in effect for 15 months from date of publication. After that date, this RVU will expire and no longer be in effect.

Vehicle must meet all of the following criteria:

Procedure is valid only for vehicles that show the CX / 91E3 code in the ElsaWeb Campaign/Action Information screen on the day of repair.

Vehicle must be within the Limited New Vehicle Warranty.

Procedure must be performed within the allotted time frame stated in this Technical Service Bulletin.

Procedure must be performed on applicable vehicles in dealer inventory prior to sale.

The Audi R8 is a leading product in the sports car market. It is therefore important for us to ensure that the improvements introduced in production are
also implemented on customers' vehicles. The priority is to achieve top-level quality and maximum value retention.
