Condition

Squeaking noises when turning the steering wheel or when maneuvering.

Technical Background

The folds of the outer rubber boots can touch each other when turning the steering wheel. This causes squeaking noises when the vehicle is new. The
noises disappear after a while.

Production Solution

This is a normal condition. Please explain the Technical Background to the customer.

No parts replacement is necessary. Replacing parts will not correct the concern. Needlessly replaced parts will be debited.
