Installation position of alignment bushings

Check whether alignment bushings - arrows - are inserted at locations in guide frame as shown in the illustration.

Installing guide frame

-

Replace bolts - 1 to 20 -.

-

Tighten bolts for guide frame as follows:

-

Tighten bolts - 1 to 10 - to 30 Nm with torque wrench.

-

Tighten bolts - 11 to 20 - to 20 Nm with torque wrench.

-

Tighten bolts - 1 to 10 - to 50 Nm with torque wrench.

-

Tighten bolts - 11 to 20 - to 30 Nm with torque wrench.

-

Tighten bolts - 1 to 10 - 90 degrees (1/4 additional turn) using a rigid wrench.

-

Tighten bolts - 11 to 20 - 90 degrees (1/4 additional turn) using a rigid wrench.

-

Tighten cylinder block/guide frame sealing surface bolts, - highlighted in illustration but not numbered -, in a diagonal sequence to 9 Nm.
