Metal Valve Body

Metal Valve Body,

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1410)

Place metal valve with rubber seal through rim from inside.

Position beveled washer and union nut from outside and tighten => [ (Item 7) Union nut ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Wheel Electronics Assembly Overview.

Secure against turning with counterhold - 1 - (e.g. drill bit 2 mm dia.).

Press wheel electronics - 1 - into bed and fasten at rear of valve with microencapsulated bolt => [ (Item 6) Microencapsulated bolts ] See: Service
and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Wheel Electronics Assembly Overview.
