Selector Shaft Sealing Ring, with Transmission Installed

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Pulling Hook (T20143/1)

‹› Tube (VW 423)

‹› Assembly sleeve (01E 311 120)

‹› Sealing grease (G 052 128 A1)

Removing

-

If present, loosen quick-release connectors - 3 - and remove rear noise insulation - B -.

-

Remove noise insulation for drive axles from wheel housing at left and right - arrows -.

-

Remove left drive axle heat shield, if equipped - arrows  - (3 bolts).
