Complete power steering pump as shown in illustration and install on engine.

2. Seal

3. Driveshaft, when re-installing, lubricate the drive shaft splines and the power steering pump all the way around. Apply grease into the hole on the

end of the shaft on the engine side.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate to the model.

Install engine console and tighten subframe. Refer to => [ Suspension Assembly Overview ] See: Suspension/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Front Suspension.

Install stabilizer bar. Refer to => [ Stabilizer Bar ] See: Suspension/Stabilizer Bar/Service and Repair/Front Suspension.

Check power steering fluid level. Refer to => [ Power Steering, Checking Fluid Level ] See: Power Steering Fluid/Testing and Inspection.

Bleed steering. Refer to => [ Steering System, Bleeding after Reconstructing ] See: Power Steering Bleeding/Service and Repair.

Check steering for leaks. Refer to => [ Steering System, Checking for Leaks ] See: Testing and Inspection/Component Tests and General
Diagnostics/Steering System, Checking for Leaks.
