Start final control diagnosis again and actuate "electric Fuel pump 2 relay -J49-".

NOTE:  Designation "J49" refers to the wiring between the engine control module and Fuel pump control module -J538-. The engine control module
uses this wire (engine control module switched Ground connection, contact 114) to inform the fuel pump control module of the need to supply full power
to the fuel pumps.

Voltmeter specification: Battery voltage (11...13 V, with engine stopped)

If reading does not match specification, check wiring between contact 114 at engine control module and Fuel pump control module -J538-.

If wiring is OK:

Replace Fuel pump control module -J538-.

The Fuel pump control module -J538 monitors the wiring to the fuel pumps for short circuit and relays information to the engine control module (contact
74 at engine control module). In addition, the engine control module is provided with feedback on the fuel pump control module power output for
checking plausibility.

Additionally check for open circuit/short circuit in wiring between contact 74 at engine control module and fuel pump control module.

If a fault has been entered in the fault memory, it is either no longer possible to start the engine (fuel pump relay not switched or open circuit in wiring
between fuel pump relay and fuel pump control module), or the vehicle will only run in the emergency mode (no request for full fuel pump output at 
engine control module contact 114).
