Nuts and studs on turbocharger are subjected to high temperatures. Use only genuine parts. See parts catalog

1 - 10 Nm 
2 - Air intake pipe
3 - Air intake hose
4 - 10 Nm 
5 - Control pipe
6 - Pressure pipe
7 - O-ring

^

Always replace

8 - Banjo bolt M8 - 20 Nm 
9 - Seal

^

Always replace

10 - Pressure pipe
11 - Banjo bolt M14 - 35 Nm
12 - Seal
13 - Coolant pipe
14 -Air intake hose
15 - Oil supply pipe
16 - Sensor -1- for exhaust temperature -G235-  -G236-

^

Tighten to 25 Nm

17 - 50 Nm
18 - Exhaust manifold
19 - Gasket
20 - Banjo bolt M12 - 25 Nm 
21 - Banjo bolt M14 - 35 Nm
