Test for open circuit and short to positive or ground in following wiring connections:

-

Eliminate open circuit or short circuit using wiring diagram.

If specification is obtained:

Testing signal wire 
-

Plug in connector on charge pressure sender.

-

Connect multimeter (voltage measurement range) between sockets 10 1 and 108 on test box.

-

Start engine and run at idling speed.

Specification: approximately 1.90 Volts 

-

Increase engine speed by operating throttle quickly.
^

Specification: 2.00 to 3.00 Volts
