Installation is performed in reverse sequence. Note the following:

Replace seals and gaskets.

The drain plug with seal must be replaced.

Clean all magnets in recesses on oil pan. Make sure that magnets make full contact with oil pan.

Clean sealing surface thoroughly; remaining material from the previous gasket must be removed completely.

Tighten oil pan bolts in several stages and in diagonal sequence.

Tighten new drain plug - 1 -.

Fill with ATF Go To Draining ATF or filling after repairs See: Fluid - A/T/Service and Repair/09L, 6 Speed AWD A/T/Draining ATF or Filling
After Repairs.

Tightening torques
