Install brake pads => [ Removal and Installation ] See: Disc Brake System/Brake Pad.

Connect electrical connector to parking brake.

‹› After replacing the brake pads, press brake pedal firmly several times while the vehicle is stationary so that the brake pads are seated properly in

their normal operating position.

Install brake line in brake caliper and tighten.

Remove brake pedal loading device (V.A.G 1869/2).

Install wheels.
