‹› Depending on the production date, there are different versions of the levers and connections on the A/C unit. Refer to => [ Air Conditioner Levers

Remove the screws - E -

-

Remove the mounting plate - F - (together with the control motors, the levers, the cam plates and the connector rods) from the A/C.

Installing 

Installation is carried out in the reverse order, when doing this note the following.

-

Apply a small quantity of grease (G 000 150) to the cam plate guides as well as to the pins at the door levers.

-

Make sure the levers, cam plates and connector rod mounting plates - A - are assembled correctly. Refer to => [ Left Footwell Door Motor and
Left Center Vent Motor ] See: Left Footwell Door Motor and Left Center Vent Motor.

When installing the mounting plate- A -, insert the mounting plate pins - B - into the brackets - C - and the cam plate pins - D - and - F - into the
brackets - E -.

When installing the mounting plate - A - insert the lever pins - G - into the guiding groove on the cam plates - F -.

‹› When inserting, make sure that the cam plate stop - C - is not in area - F - (between both stops on the A/C - D - and - E -).

‹› The cam plate - A - actuates the door for the left indirect ventilation (driver's side) via the lever - B -.

Install the screws - E -.
