Coolant Line/Hose: Service and Repair
Lower Left Coolant Pipe

Lower Left Coolant Pipe

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Hose Clamp Pliers (VAS 6340)

Removing

-

Remove upper left coolant pipe. Refer to => [ Upper Left Coolant Pipe ] See: Upper Left Coolant Pipe.

Remove left exhaust manifold. Refer to => [ Left Exhaust Manifold ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Exhaust System/Exhaust
Manifold/Service and Repair/Left Exhaust Manifold

Remove bolts - 1 - and - 2 - and the left lower coolant pipe from the coolant hoses - arrows -. 

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications. Refer to => [ Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview ] See: Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview. 

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model.

Install left exhaust manifold. Refer to => [ Left Exhaust Manifold ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Exhaust System/Exhaust Manifold/Service
and Repair/Left Exhaust Manifold.

Installing upper left coolant pipe. Refer to => [ Upper Left Coolant Pipe ] See: Upper Left Coolant Pipe.
