Blow lightly into the assisting hose by mouth, do not use compressed air.

‹› AIR combination valve must be closed, it must not be possible to blow through.

Blow forcefully into the assisting hose by mouth, do not use compressed air.

‹› The AIR combination valve must open, it must be possible to blow through.

If the switch point cannot be detected, replace AIR combi-valve: Left => [ Secondary Air Injection Left Combination Valve ] See: Service and
Repair/Secondary Air Injection Left Combination Valve, right => [ Secondary Air Injection Right Combination Valve ] See: Service and
Repair/Secondary Air Injection Right Combination Valve.

Assembling

Assembly is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

Install the plenum chamber bulkhead.
