Valve Body, Removing and Installing

Valve body, removing and installing 
Removing 

-

Remove oil pan.

-

Remove ATF screen.

-

Remove circlip -arrow- for harness connector.

-

Remove harness connector by pressing toward inside.

Note:

Only remove marked bolts.

If you remove other bolts, the valve body can malfunction or file valve body can separate.

The bolts have different lengths. Be sure to use the correct ones when installing.

Remove bolts -arrows-.

-

Carefully remove valve body from transmission.

CAUTION!  Do not place removed valve body on sender for transmission input RPM on the back-side of the valve body to avoid damage.

Installing 

-

Lightly lubricate O-rings for harness connector with Vaseline.

-

Install harness connector in transmission.
