Navigation System
The navigation system is incorporated into the MMI Infotainment system via the fiber optic MOST-Bus.
A DVD is used as the Navigation data storage medium. This allows navigation data for several countries as well as additional information (hotels,
restaurants, etc.) to be stored.
The Navigation System with CD Drive Control Module (J401) is located in luggage compartment on left side. Navigation functions are performed via
the Multimedia Control Head (E380).
Before troubleshooting or servicing, technicians must be familiar with the functions and operation specifics of the Navigation system. Always read the
Navigation system owner's manual and review applicable system functions.

mode.
