Body Emblem: Service and Repair

Audi Emblem, Removing And Installing

-

Heat old emblem slightly using hot air blower and carefully remove.

-

Clean adhesive surface of dust and grease to which emblem will be attached.

-

Mark dimension - a - and center of rear lid before attaching.
Dimension - a -: 35 mm

-

Heat Audi emblem to about 40 degrees C (104 degrees F).

-

Remove protective paper from adhesive surface of Audi emblem.

-

Attach emblem in center of rear lid at distance - a - from edge of rear lid.
