Air Register: Service and Repair
Center Air Outlet In Instrument Panel

Use special tool -C- insert into holes -D- and pull the center air outlet evenly out of center part of instrument panel.

NOTE:

-

Test potentiometer -A- and switch -B-, connect scan tool and begin OBD program.

Special tools -C- should not get caught on the fins of the outlet (they could break off).

Making special tool

-

Bend wire (3 mm diameter) as shown.
Size x = 6 mm (0.24 in)

NOTE:  For removing the instrument panel air outlet.
