Slide drive shaft back to stop together with alignment fixture.

Mark position of center bearing on body (arrow -A-).

^

Slide drive shaft forward together with alignment fixture.

^

Mark position of center bearing on body (arrow -B-).

^

Align drive shaft.
Center bearing must be located between two markings (arrow-C-).

^

Install mounting bolts and previously determined shims for drive shaft center bearing, and tighten.

^

Remove alignment fixture.

^

Install tunnel support.

^

Install heat shield over drive shaft.

^

Install exhaust system without tension.

^

Install cross brace.
