Floor Covering, Removing And Installing

Removing

-

Remove left and right front seat.

-

Remove rear seat bench.

-

Remove drivers side instrument panel cover.

-

Completely remove center console.

-

Remove accelerator pedal module.

-

Remove push knobs - 1 - and remove steering opening cover.

-

Remove lower A-pillar trim on left and right.

-

Remove left and right sill panel strip.

-

Remove base support cover.

-

Remove anchorage point for front outer floor assembly.

-

Remove expanding clips - 2 - (Qty. 8).

-

Disengage floor mat at retainers - 1 -.

-

Disengage floor mat at omega clips - 3 -.

-

Disengage wiring harness - 4 - and - 5 - from retainers.

-

Pull floor mat - 6 - toward rear.

NOTE:  Ensure floor mat does not tear at openings.

Fold floor mat lengthwise, guide under wiring harness - 4 - and - 5 - and remove through a door.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal. Observe the following when doing so:

-

Fold new floor mat lengthwise and place in vehicle.
