Tighten bolts on condenser in - A, B - sequence.

-

Attach refrigerant lines.

-

Install lower intake and charge air hoses.

-

Install fan shroud.

-

Install front bumper cover.

-

Evacuate and fill refrigerant circuit.

-

Re-install remaining components removed.

Condenser, vehicles with 6-cyl. engine, removing and installing

NOTE:  The following describes removal and installation on a vehicle with a 3.2L TFSI engine. On vehicles with a different 6-cyl. engine, the
procedure may differ.

Removing

-

Switch off ignition.

-

Discharge refrigerant circuit.

-

Remove front bumper cover.

-

Remove fan shroud.

-

Detach refrigerant lines.

-

Disconnect electrical connector - 1 - on Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor (on Radiator) G83.

NOTE:  Ignore - arrow -.
