Data Bus On Board Diagnostic Interface J533, Removing And Installing

Removing

-

If the control module is replaced, select "Replace" function for the respective control module in "Guided Functions".

CAUTION:
-

Switch off all electrical consumers.

-

Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

-

Remove drivers storage compartment.

-

Remove screw - arrows - and remove air duct - 1 -.

-

Release retaining clips - 1 and 6 - by pressing them together - arrows -.

-

Disengage retaining tab - 2 - on bracket - 3 -.

-

Disconnect electrical connector - 4 - and remove Data Bus On Board Diagnostic Interface J533 - item 5 -.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

-

Install air duct.

-

Install drivers storage compartment.
