Remove bolt - 4 - and air guide pipe.

‹› Ignore - 1 and 3 -.

-

Remove bolts - 1 - from above and fan shroud.

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications => [ Radiator and Coolant Fan Assembly Overview ] See: Radiator/Service and Repair/Radiator and Coolant Fan

Assembly Overview.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

Air Guides, Installing with Connector => [ Air Guide Pipes and Hoses with Connector Coupling ] See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and
Air Induction/Turbocharger/Intercooler/Service and Repair/Air Guide Pipes and Hoses with Connector Coupling

‹› The hose supports, air guide pipes and hoses must be free of oil and grease before installing.

‹› Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model. 

‹› To mount the charge hoses on their connectors securely, spray the bolts on the used clamps with rust remover before installing.
