Electronic Brake Control Module: Service and Repair
Hydraulic Control Unit, Servicing
Servicing the hydraulic control unit is possible only by separating the control module - J104 - from hydraulic unit - N55 -, which is connected to
hydraulic pump - V64 -. Faulty components can then be replaced.
-a- Hydraulic unit - N55 - and hydraulic pump - V64 -

Hydraulic unit: valve block contains control valves.

Hydraulic pump - V64 - and valve block must not be separated from each other.
Conditions for warranty claims
When changing the hydraulic unit:

Place transport protection for valve dome on the original unit.

Seal the original unit using plugs.

Disassembling hydraulic control unit

Disconnect connector for hydraulic pump motor from control module.

Remove bolts from control module and remove control module.
