Remove screw -1- and remove cover over coolant expansion tank (arrow).

Note:

Before removing the poly V-belt, mark the direction of rotation on the belt with chalk or a felt-tipped pen. A reversed rotation direction can cause
the belt to be damaged in operation.

To release tension of poly V-belt, screw an M8 x 40 bolt (arrow) into bore on tensioning element.

Remove poly V-belt from Generator pulley.
