Install camshaft timing chain tensioner - arrow -.
-
Rotate crankshaft 2 revolutions in direction of engine rotation at vibration damper bolt and place at "TDC" marking.

Check timing again.

Install crankshaft sealing ring. Refer to => [ Crankshaft Seal, Replacing ] See: Seals and Gaskets/Crankshaft Main Bearing Seal/Service and
Repair.

Install cylinder head cover. Refer to => [ Cylinder Head Cover ] See: Cylinder Head Assembly/Valve Cover/Service and Repair/Cylinder Head

Install intake manifold. See: Intake Manifold/Service and Repair

Install coolant thermostat housing. Refer to => [ Coolant Thermostat Housing ] See: Cooling System/Thermostat Housing/Service and
Repair/Coolant Thermostat Housing.

Install oil pan => [ Installing ] See: Engine Lubrication/Oil Pan/Service and Repair/Oil Pan.

Install dual mass flywheel. Refer to => [ Dual Mass Flywheel ] See: Transmission and Drivetrain/Flywheel/Service and Repair/Dual Mass
Flywheel.

Install engine. Refer to => [ Engine, Installing ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine, Installing.

Fill engine oil and check oil level. Refer to => [ Oil Level, Checking ] See: Engine Lubrication/Testing and Inspection.
