Fuel Filler Hose: Locations

Pressure retention valve

Clipped to fuel filler unit

Closes vent line when vacuum from intake manifold is present

Only remove together with vent line and gravity valve

- To remove, unclip valve upward and lift out.

Installed position/check requirements, Fig.1. Refer to "Fuel Tank With Attachments, Component Overview (Front wheel drive)", See:
Locations 
- Ensure secure fit of connector at metal ring of fuel filler unit
- Securely tighten eyelet of electrical wire with cap nut See item -8-.
- After installing, check electrical connection of metal ring at fuel filler tube to a blank portion of chassis using multimeter:

Specified value: approx. 0 Ohms
