Rear Bulkhead Cover

Rear Bulkhead Cover

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Trim Removal Wedge (3409)

Removing

-

Move both seats forward and fold backrests forward.

-

Remove driver's and passenger's seat belts from outer floor assembly mounting point. Refer to => [ Outer Floor Assembly Anchorage Point ] See:
Restraint Systems/Seat Belt Systems/Seat Belt/Service and Repair.

‹› Both linkage removal flaps - 1 - are closed when in basic position.

Carefully unclip rear bulkhead cover - 2 - forward in area of both rollover protectors - 3 - using Trim Removal Wedge (3409).

Then remove rear bulkhead cover - 2 - upward -  direction of arrow - from body and from wind deflector or wind deflector support.

Installation

To install, perform the steps used in removal in reverse order. Observe the following when doing so:

‹› There are clamps - 2 - and - 3 - for the rear bulkhead cover - 1 - that must be inserted in the cover and clamps => [ (Item 6) Clips ] See: Service

and Repair/Removal and Replacement that must be placed in the rollover protection trim (body).
