‹› Replace bolts which have been tightened to torque.

‹› Replace balance shaft assembly bolt gasket => [ (Item 13) Bolt ] See: Balance Shaft Module With Oil Pump Assembly Overview.

Tension the chain tensioner if necessary: 

-

Tension pistons by hand - arrow -.

-

Press chain rail in direction of - arrow - and secure with the 3 mm hex socket wrench - 1 -.

-

Position intermediate plat on the balance shaft module alignment sleeves - arrows - as illustrated.
