‹› For tightening specifications, refer to => [ Oil Filter Bracket and Oil Cooler Assembly Overview ] See: Oil Filter Housing/Service and

Repair/Removal and Replacement/Oil Filter Bracket and Oil Cooler Assembly Overview.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, noting the following: 
‹› Replace seals and sealing rings.

‹› The hose supports, air guide pipes and hoses must be free of oil and grease before installing.

‹› Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model. 

‹› To mount the charge hoses on their connectors securely, spray the bolts on the used clamps with rust remover before installing.

Install air guide pipe. Refer to => [ Charge Air Cooler Assembly Overview ] See: Powertrain Management/Fuel Delivery and Air
Induction/Turbocharger/Intercooler/Service and Repair/Charge Air Cooler Assembly Overview.

Install air filter housing and the air filter.

Install noise insulation frame.

Install fan shroud. Refer to => [ Fan Shroud ] See: Cooling System/Fan Shroud/Service and Repair.

Fill with coolant. Refer to => [ Filling ] See: Cooling System/Service and Repair/Procedures.
