CAUTION!
Risk of damaging valves and piston crowns.

‹› If camshafts are being rotated, crankshaft may not rest with any piston at TDC.

‹› The engine must be no more than warm to touch.

Make sure camshaft and crankshaft are at TDC:

‹› The markings on the camshaft - top arrow - and crankshaft -  bottom arrow - must align.

When installing toothed belt, note running direction marking:

‹› Crankshaft, tensioning roller, camshaft, coolant pump and idler roller -  arrow -.

-

Make sure the tensioning roller fits correctly inside the cylinder head.
