Oil Pump: Service and Repair

Rear Final Drive 02D and 0AV, Haldex Clutch Pump

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Torque Wrench (V.A.G 1331)

‹› Drip Tray for VAS 6100 (VAS 6208)

Removing

-

Switch ignition off.

-

Place reservoir underneath.

-

Remove drain plug - A - and completely drain High Performance Haldex Clutch Oil.

-

Install drain plug - A - with new sealing ring.

Bolt - A - tightening torque: 30 Nm

Lower final drive slightly. Bolt - arrow - on front final drive mounting bracket must unscrew approximately 7 turns to do so.

Remove pump connector - arrow - from control module.
