Note Feedback/static is a result of the internal handset speaker being operative during "Hands-Free" usage, or the handset/speaker being set at highest
volume.

Lower volume of handset/speaker as necessary.

To deactivate internal handset speaker, ^ a press [Pwr] button to switch phone ON

If display shows Loc'd, ^ enter three-digit unlock code (factory unlock code is 123)

to enter programming mode, press keys in following sequence:

[Fcn]

^

[0] then enter security code twice, and press [Rcl]

Note Factory security code is 000000

Examples:

For new phone, enter:

[Fcn] [0] [0][0][0][0][0][0] [0][0][0][0][0][0] [Rcl]

For phone with security code of 123456, enter:

[Fnc] [0] [1][2][3][4][5][6] [1][2][3][4][5][6] [Rcl]

Note Display now shows 01. Each programming step is identified by a 2-digit number, 01, 02, 03, etc., to 11.
