Removing and installing/replacing water
pump (N47, N47S)
Necessary preliminary tasks:
•
Remove alternator driver belt
•
Remove EGR cooler (automatic transmission only)
•
Remove coolant thermostat
Release screws (1) and remove water pump.
Installation:
Replace seal (1).
Assemble engine.
Bleed cooling system and check for leaks.
