1 Series E81 120i (N43) 3-door
Installation:
Check adapter sleeves (1) for damage and correct installation
position; replace if necessary.
Install oil pump with balancing shafts.
Installation:
Align balance weights of balancing shafts.
Both balance weights point to oil sump.
Slide in special tool 11 8 700 at ground surfaces of balancing
shaft.
Balancing shafts (1) are now secured.
Do not remove special tool 11 8 700 until oil pump gear is
secured.
Attach sprocket wheel (5) to oil pump shaft until it is secured in
toothing. Remove special tool 11 3 340 .
Insert screws (3) and tighten down.
