Removing and installing or replacing trim
panel for left or right rear roof pillar (C-pillar)
Warning!
Follow safety instructions for working on vehicles with airbag
systems.
Important!
Do not use any sharp-edged tools to remove trim (risk of
damage to head airbag).
If necessary, detach mucket (1) in area of trim panel (4).
Lever out cap (2) and release screw underneath.
Tightening torque 51 43 2AZ
.
Release clips (3) on trim panel (4) and remove trim panel (4) in
direction of arrow.
Installation:
Retainers (1) and clips (2) must not be damaged.
If necessary, replace defective retainers (1) and clips (2).
