1 Series E81 130i (N52K) 3-door
Important!
The following tasks must be carried out with a second person
assisting:
Pass headliner (1) at front underneath steering wheel.
Tilt headliner (1) and pass between instrument panel and shift
lever towards front right (front passenger's side).
Remove headliner to passenger door.
Installation:
Following parts of headliner (3) must not be damaged or missing:
•
Mount (1) for front console
•
Mount (2) for rear console
Replacement with dividing net mount version:
Cut out premarked cutout area (1) for left/right dividing net
mounts with a scalpel.
Important!
Ensure a clean cut so that the headliner material is not
damaged on the inside.
Installation:
Installation sequence:
1.
Secure roof liner with mucket
2.
Insert front and rear expander rivets
3.
Screw down grab handles at front on left/right
4.
Screw down grab handles at rear on left/right
5.
Screw down sun visors and counter supports
