Repair Instructions on CD-ROM
E34, E28, E30
Situation:
To date, Repair Instructions, construction groups, technical data and tightening torques for
models E28, E30 and E34 have only been available on microfiche.
As working with microfiche is no longer timely and because of growing demands for rapid
location of information, a CD-ROM version has now been issued. This version includes all
necessary links allows the user to quickly locate the repair information, technical data and
tightening torques required.
Installation on the PC is not necessary as the CD is automatically started when it is placed
in the drive, making all information available.
For each of the development series E30 and E34, a CD-ROM is available in the language
versions German/English and French/Spanish. For the development series E28, each
language is available on a single CD.
Note:
The data on the CD-ROM have not been updated and correspond to the version
on the microfiche.
Procedure:
The Repair Instructions on CD-ROM are available through the customary channels from the
end of the second quarter with the following part numbers. Prices can be found in the
current Electronic Parts Catalogue.
