Drill holes in side rib for plug welding.
Coat mating surfaces with zinc dust paint.
Insert reinforcements 30 mm and weld.
Produce reinforcement for C-pillar connection.
Width = 60 mm.
Drill holes in reinforcement for plug welding.
Coat reinforcement and joint surface with zinc dust paint.
Insert reinforcement 30 mm and weld.
Fit side rib in, clamp and weld.
Grind down welded surfaces.
RA Replacing c-pillar, rear left (side panel removed)
