3 Series E36 318i (M44) SAL
Clean wheel housing extension,
door opening and entrance mating surfaces.
Loosen all mating surfaces. Take off side panel.
Remove scrap metal. Clean and straighten mating surfaces.
Produce and fit in reinforcement plate for the C-pillar joint.
Reinforcement plate width = approx. 60 mm
Drill holes in C-pillar for plug welding of the reinforcement plate.
Coat reinforcement plate and mating surfaces on C-pillar with zinc
dust paint.
RA Replacing right rear side panel (C-pillar partial replacement)
