Assemble Special Tool.
Note:
Do not install Special Tool 11 1 441 (locating board) in
Special Tool 11 1 065 at this stage.
Fit cylinder head with exhaust end pointing forwards and right on
Special Tool 11 1 065 and secure with two cylinder head
screws.
Remove all valves,
refer to 11 34 552
