Draining off engine oil,

Unfastening steering spindle from steering gear,
refer to 32 31 070
Unfastening steering gear from front axle carrier,
refer to 32 13 060
Unfasten bottom right and left engine mounts.
Unfasten the transverse link on the engine carrier on left and right.
Loosen the bolt connection of the front-axle carrier and lower the
front-axle carrier.
These work tasks are described as part of the procedure for
replacing front-axle carrier,
refer to 31 11 001
Unfasten oil pan screws on transmission end.
