Caution!

If the crankshaft has to be rotated one turn while cylinder
head is fitted, first remove the camshaft,

refer to 11 31 001

Tighten down sprocket on injection pump shaft.

Tightening torque,

refer to Technical Data 13 52 2AZ

Note:

Note arrangement of camshaft chain between bolts.

Remove lower plug pin (special tool 11 3 340).

Assemble engine.

Adjusting injection pump,

refer to 13 51 005

RA  Replacing both timing chains (M41)
